I may start tearing up as I write this post and the tears will definitely stream tomorrow when we say "good-bye" to our dear neighbors and friends, the Douglass'. They are moving to Summerfield, near Greensboro, and we will miss them terribly! I will miss calling them up on the spur of the moment to come over, I will miss stopping at their house on the way home from the bus stop, I will miss calling her to see if she needs anything at the store. I will miss sharing life with them. Drew will not understand why he can't go to Sarah Gray's house anymore, since he asks to go everytime we drive by!

Thanks for wonderful memories and times together Douglass family! We'll certainly come visit you in your new abode:)

O the joys...

of Trader Joe's O's! It is an exciting day in our house when I go to Trader Joe's. I buy things there to try that I never would at our usual grocery store! Today, one thing I bought was Trader Joe O's (essentially Spaghetti O's) and both Drew and Jane Ramsey LOVED them!

Bunk beds

What a fun weekend this has been! Jacob had a guys weekend and went camping. The kids and I packed up and spent one night with the Hwangs and one night with the Hildebrands. While not much sleep was had, thanks to JR and Drew, it was a fun time for all of us.

We came home this afternoon and Jacob finished putting together our new bunkbeds. Drew has officially transitioned from the crib to the big boy bed. They are both thrilled! I had a fun time rearranging the room now that we have more space sans crib. Hopefully the first nights rest in the new beds will be restful!

Our trick-or-treating was memorable this year thanks to the rain! The kids could have cared less...they'll do whatever it takes to get that candy!!
